Sample Sale Report: Bindya
Everything was well organized by price with the Lulla by Bindya at the lower end of the spectrum from $10-15. These scarves are mostly blends of fabric with a lot of rayon scarves. I spotted a lot of great tribal prints in this selection also a few fun sequined scarf styles. Lulla scarves are typically found in Nordstrom, Anthropologie and Macy's for anywhere from $29-52. There was also a small box of cold weather scarves for just $10 each.
The largest section of the sale was devoted to the $25 scarves. There were some super cute leopard prints and multicolored tie dye effects over here.
As the price goes up to the $40-$50 mark you will see more pure silk and cashmere scarves. At the $50 mark I saw a lot of very trend right snake prints. I also spotted a small box of soft blue cashmere throws for $50 and a small selection of tunics that I didn't check the price on. Since they will not be re-stocking go early for the best selection. Bindya scarves are typically found at Bergdorf Goodman, Calypso, Saks 5th Ave, Bloomingdales and other fine retailers and at retail price sells for about $145 a pop.
If you are looking for a scarf for yourself or a great affordable gift the Bindya sample sale offers plenty of options.
