Shop: JCPenney x Joe Fresh Kids

Joe Fresh is partnering with JCPenney to bring you a fun fresh collaboration in kidswear today and tomorrow in the heart of Times Square. Just in time for the Back-to-School season the event is held in a live orange grove with plenty of family-friendly activities including kid friendly games, popsicles and a family photo booth! If you get there early, photos will be on display on a billboard in Times Square from 10am-2pm today.

100% of the proceeds from the event will be donated by JCP to Adopt-a-Classroom.

Duro Olowu x JCP Party and Lookbook

JCP has partnered with Nigerian-born, London-based designer Duro Olowu to create a 70+ piece collection that features bold color, whimsical prints with a feminine touch. The collection is launching for a limited-time collection 530 stores and online today, March 1, 2013.  The collection includes pieces from apparel, home and accessories - all at under $100 a pop.


So as part of the celebration of the launch I was invited to the preview party at the Stone Rose Lounge in the Time Warner Center was a scene as cocktails floated around in addition to juices by Organic Avenue. Mushroom tarts, summer rolls and cookies made for an ecclectic offering of light bites.
