Each hat will be priced at just $19.99 a pop and include fun details like feathers, ribbon, leopard and camel print - using felt and faux fur as the base.
The Albertus Swanepoel for Target collection includes 14 colorful and stylish hats for women that feature a blend of vintage appeal mixed with unexpected details. The collection will be available October 30, 2011 through December 22, 2011 at all Target stores and Target.com.
