My Bad.
Our post earlier this week on the Botkier sale was botched. The address is 421 WEST Broadway (intitially posted as 421 Broadway). It never occurred to me that West Broadway is not Broadway.
Really sorry if you headed that way already!!!!!!!!! I'm still learing the streets here in NY and anything that is not in a grid formation with numbered streets/avenues confuses the life out of me!
