Sample Sale Report: Sunner Decemeber 2011

Just stopped by the Sunner sample sale and I have to tell you they literally dropped prices 10 minutes ago. I was amongst the 2nd person to reap the benefits of prices dropping drastically to everything at $25 and under!  Seriously if you are in the market for adorable printed silk dresses or separates I would run over to the sale in midtown ASAP.  While yesterday’s flurry of shoppers whittled down the sale merch to a smaller selection than previous seasons there is still plenty of lovely sample and stock pieces available in a range of sizes from XS-XL
Sunner Samples are now just $20 a pop.
Sunner Stock pieces are all now just $25 a pop
A lovely selection of printed and embroired scarves is just $15 a pop (great for gifting)

Here are some of my fave pieces. I was really loving the chain print dress but I think someone snagged it up while I was browsing.  They also had the chain print available in tops and maxi dresses.

Silk shorts and pants are so easy and great wardrobe staples. I snagged an elastic band pair of pants at a previous sale and wear them all the time.  They are kind of like dressy sweatpants :)
Things are relatively quiet right now but I don’t think they will stay that way for long.  While there is no change room there is a mirror with a chair in front so you can try on pieces.

I ended up getting a corset top and some silk pants :) Glad that you all scored such goodies at the sale too! The maxi's are pretty long but since they are a great price, you could always get them shortened at a tailor/dry cleaner if you really love them! I usually hem things myself to save money using a rolled hem foot.
