Stopped by the Stetson Sample sale as the lunch crowds were just beginning to pour into the classic American brand’s brightly lit rustic showroom. Staffers are super friendly and the price guide is pretty self explanatory. In clothing nothing tops $20, in hats everything is $45 or under and in boots $50 is the high end of the spectrum. There are no change rooms but most of their clothing can be tried on over what you are wearing, if you’re wearing a tee shirt. The only difficulty I experienced was the lack of full sized mirrors. There are some small mirrors in the room but it makes it a little difficult to have a full sense of how something looks.
I initially went to the sale in search of boots but there aren’t very many pairs. If you are a size 8 or 8.5 woman or 10 men, you should go quickly.
The real bargain is in the outerwear pieces. I snagged a cardigan and a cord blazer for just $10 a pop. For women the sizes are mostly S with a smaller rack of Medium. For men sizes are mostly Medium.
Hats are plentiful in a wide variety of materials and colors and seemed to be the star attraction of the sale.
If you are in the area and like a look of a little rugged/country this sale is definitely the affordable answer. Merch is moving fast so hurry.
