This outfit was from the stormy weekend. It was like monsoon season Saturday - out of control! I wore this outfit because I wanted to be comfortable and have fun despite the dark and dreary weather.
This sweater is one of my favorite pieces because of the mesh paneling, and I often wear it with a white or light colored tank underneath to highlight the texture. It looks pretty neat in real life, but unfortunately doesn't photograph all that well with a point-and-shoot indoors.

And yes, these rain booties are new. They look a bit sock-like, but I prefer them to traditional wellies since they're so much lighter. Light and perfect for dancing in the rain!
