That skirt was worth ever ounce of effort. Its absolutely perfect. I love the ethnic feel of the fabric and the detail of the pleating. I'm totally salivating.
awww thanks so much! I never really get a chance to sew much anymore and I miss my sewing machine terribly! I only get to use it whenever I go home for visits but my roommate has been really kind in letting me borrow hers from time to time.
As for the sandals? my only splurge purchase the summer of 2006 when i moved to NYC when I had no job or no money ;)
