Uniqlo: Save Japan Ts

I meant to check this out after our blogger closet sale last weekend but was too zonked out to make it over to SoHo. I ended up stopping by Uniqlo while running and errand at lunch yesterday to look at the 10 celeb T's that were launched on the 25th.

Cindi Lauper, Charlize Theron

The shirts are on display in the front of the store on the right hand side. The sizing is unisex so while all sizes were available, the smaller ones were definitely moving faster (XS-XL available).

Victoria Beckham, Karl Lagerfeld, Nicole Kidman

I thought the Victoria Beckham shirt was simple and elegant - very posh so to speak. While some T's are quotations from celebs, for others you can definitely see a piece of their character coming through (i.e. Alber Elbaz, Karl Lagerfeld, Lady Gaga, Cindi Lauper).

Lady Gaga, Blake Lively, Orlando Bloom

All shirts are $19.90 and Uniqlo will donate the profit generated on the sale of these T's to disaster relief (estimated at 100 million yen).

Alber Elbaz,

While I hardly need another T - I picked up the Alber Elbaz one. The illustration is simple and it's going towards a great cause!
