Loving so many shades of the OPI South Beach Collection! "Done Out in Deco" is the perfect spring update to the OPI French Collection shade "Parlez Vous OPI"! It's an Easter Egg appropriate purple pastel that isn't too sweet and has enough greyish tone to be the perfect neutral pastel shade while still light enough to look fresh!
