Buyer Beware! Apparently one of the world's most famous lingerie company's bras contain a terrible secret. Victoria's Secret Bras are now in the midst of a potential class action lawsuit. Consumers are claiming symptoms ranging from rashes, hives to permanent scarring.The cause of this has found to be formaldehyde which can be absorbed through intact skin. And although Victoria's Secret is aware of the complaints, these bras are still being sold right now.
Long time consumer Roberta Ritter tells ABC:
"I had the welts ... very red, hot to the touch, extremely inflamed, blistery. It itched profusely. I couldn't sleep, waking up itching...I was just utterly sick"
Ritter filed a lawsuit in regards to her purchases of Angels Secret Embrace and Very Sexy Extreme Me Push-Up bras.
